Crypto Market Pulls Back After Recent Rally — Bitcoin Down ~1.4%
Bitcoin fell about 1.4% on October 8, sliding from recent highs as the U.S. dollar strengthened. The price dipped to around $122,494. Smaller cryptos saw sharper moves: Ethereum dropped ~4.3%, XRP ~3.6%, and Solana ~4%. Meanwhile, Binance Coin (BNB) stood out, rising about 2.4%, continuing its strong 30-day run.
The pullback is largely attributed to profit-taking after recent gains and rising dollar strength putting headwinds on crypto. Analysts warn that such corrections are natural in volatile markets.
